Social Media Director/Specialist


Full- or part-time

You will work hand-in-hand with the team to facilitate and develop organic and paid social media strategy, campaigns and related content for key clients, both B2B and B2C

You will also collaborate with other members of the creative teams to assist in developing big ideas for a wide variety of platforms, channels, audiences, etc. The ability to tell compelling stories while varying the tone and voice of messages based on medium, target audience and product or service is crucial.

Other Tasks Include:

  • Develop, edit or re-write existing copy as necessary;
  • Provide strategic social media solutions in line with the clients’ needs;
  • Participate in group brainstorms and conference calls and effectively communicate your ideas to the rest of the internal team as well as clients;
  • Assist in-house social team to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met on all content requests;
  • Monitor client social media posts/comments/replies, etc. as needed to understand consumer feedback, complaints and issues and identify new content and collaboration opportunities;
  • Track, analyze and report on social media campaigns from clients and keep pulse on competitor campaigns;
  • Develop strategy for—and maintain—2-Story’s own social accounts;
  • Manage paid social campaigns with our third-party vendor;
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of digital, social media and inbound marketing strategies, as well as current trends / innovations;


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related major from an accredited college or university;
  • Two-plus years of experience in digital and creative media production;
  • Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under multiple, strict deadlines in a fast-paced office environment while delivering quality work;
  • Capacity to adapt quickly to major and minor changes in projects and outcomes;
  • Strong planning and organizational skills;
  • Excellent verbal, written, computer, and interpersonal skills;
